Clans have a maximum of 1 timeout per side per map (2 timeouts per map). Clans do not need to state a reason for taking a timeout.
The maximum total pause-time is 10 minutes per map per team (5 minutes per side, only one timeout per side per map allowed). Taking two timeouts at same side will lead to forfeit loss for violating clan. At map or side change clans can take a maximum of 5 minutes for a break, the match is to resume after that time.

7. Spectating during an official match is not allowed. If a player leaves the server for any reason and rejoins they needs to choose sides immediately. If spectators join the server and enter the match, it should be paused and they should be made to leave before the match is continued.

In crash your player disconnect and reconnect and you don't use the timeout. Accept forfeit or cu conflict.
