NationsCup FAQ

NationsCup FAQ

Does the definition of mods and games make a difference for the National teams and Players rules?

No, during matches a national team may not consist of players from only one active clan. It doesn't matter if it was another mod or game, we are looking at clans and active players in it.

What is the defintion of actively played for a clan?

Activity of a clan can be defined as participating in any ClanBase competition (Hosted Cups and QuickCups included). Exceptions may apply.
Being in a clan and never played with them still counts as being active in that clan. ClanBase does not define squads yet so doesn't matter which game/section you are in if you're in an active clan after the deadline you are counted as an active player.

What is the definition of an inactive clan?

An inactive clan is a clan that has played 0 official matches (as explained in the rules) since the deadline given in the rules - the first day of the first match week of the OC/EC Fall Season. When a clan idles in a ladder (and not hibernating) it will not be considered as being active in a competition.
