I made demo request by rules..
But opponent still saying its incorrect. As i saw they are abusing demo uploading, they always forcing opponent to make conflict.

It mens you can ask demos from 2 players,but only 1 map-demo per player,not 2 players bothmaps...but it can go as a valid request I guess cuz rules changed recently for demos and shared lineups.
Same ip connection in a same date on both guids...but the bann is created 5 moths later than that IP match,on his cb acc he chaged that guid/key a year before a bann so its possible that thats not him,he could gave that key to someone else,and last time eyedent tracks it was 15.7.2011.(5moths prior to bann),and those 2 IP's are from 2 different locations in Russia...Its possible that he moved from city to city but Im afraid its not enough for bann. |
