Can't process a challenge

I'm Leader of Fraga Clan (cid=2135472) and i can't edit an incoming challenge (wid=11254428).
I always get the message : "You need to be clan leader, war arranger or trustee to process challenges."
Or I'm clan leader. I also become the new war arranger and i don't know how to trust myself.
Can you help me ?

i can edit challenge by "pending" (http://clanbase.ggl.com/pending.php) on my personnal account but can't via challenges on clan page (http://clanbase.ggl.com/clan_challenges.php?cid=2135472).
this web application is so frustrating by time !
