this topic has nothing to do with clanbase, but it appears to be the most active forum on cb i've come across so i'll post it here. the helpdesk forum is totally abandoned.
i have a pending ticket [#843343] at the helpdesk since the 29th of september, but nothing happens.
i don't have access to my own account since a while ago and password recovery is not possible.
the solution is quite simple by editing the e-mail registered to my account so i can follow the password recovery procedure, it takes 5 minues at most. i can provide proof with guid screenshots and members from blood brothers can comfirm it.
any help is appreciated.
