so basically i opened a conflict agains some polish players we played against.
I found an 100% ip match on eyedent, which directly links player "Nodi" to player "ontha" (who is banned for "returning")
Due to the ip match I tought it would be wise for admins to check the login ip's of both cb accounts, however it seems admins (or at least AUX) dont bother checking things like that and simply say open a C&A ticket, case closed, you loose.
I do know a some months ago, admins did check the player's ip when you opened a conflict, apparently is has now become "Not done". Hackers keep returning, but wont get banned anymore. Great!
