Reply | A nice enuff guy has gave me a link , for help desk when i go there seems the choices i have arnt exaclty , what i need.
So can admin reply please, im want to complain about a clanbase admin, can i have information exactly the route i should take.
I havent lost my cb account and i havent forgot my password, and i dont want my question forgot about or ignored. |

Reply | Helpdesk admins have to work by the book and there for users have to supply the correct information before they do anything on an account, I am the head admin for helpdesk and if they fail to work by the rules we provide to them they are removed as admins.
My helpdesk staff do a bloody good job and just because an admin dont do as you wish (without valid evidence) they wont change anything on your account! |

Reply | | I think you got it wrong Cryptic. He said he didn't lose pw/email, he just wants to complain about an admin because of some other reason, which you cannot pick in helpdesk ticket. |

Reply | | If its not there then choose anything and explain in a clan manner you issues or even better contact the game supervisor with your issues. |
