Reply | well, yes. it's an old game, and still we had a really great activity last year. we must face it, that it's over, and go on. Even doing something else in real life, or playing a different game.
Good luck for everyone who played CoD1 in real life, or in any other game! |

Reply | I dont want to judge but admin's could handle some situations better.
majkiiEh's ban came from stupid console command which you could unban.
Well you didnt unban him and damage was done. Our team (freq/phan) crashed during opencup. And since majkiiEh was (maybe) most active player in t3h scene that was just stupid thing from you.
I said that I dont wanna judge but I bet that this was one of the (many?) reasons why cod1 died.
Wow my english is bad nowdays >_> |

Reply | I was aware of the problem, and tried to help him getting unbanned, but as there was no solid proof for requesting unban, i couldn't do anything. You know, there was a pb log (on GV) that he got kicked for violation on a streaming server, and that's why he got the ban. It's kind of a shame, i admit, but i couldn't do anything, as it was impossible to proof that it was a bug.
Also there were issues with Ikky for example, i believe that it made a huge harm on the community. Also the problem with Lowik was kind of bad, as it caused huge drop of the activity, but we had to follow the CB policies and act by that even though he was a respected player.
I do not say that i never did any mistake, as i i did, surely. But we always tried to make the best for the community, and i must say a rellay big thanks to Cryptic, who let me into the Crew and helped a lot. I still believe he is a really good admin. I also would like to say thanks to Dream, who managed the stuff really well, and he is still doing his other tasks good.
One of the strong points of the community was that it was kind of small, so it was like a "huge family". Everyone knew everyone, and it was easy to know who is rwb, who is cheater, etc.
The activity is 0 now, but remember, that we had a lot of nice cups back in the days....
Good luck everyone! |

Reply | Let it be, man. CoD 1 would have died with or without Majkieh. It's true that he was very active but there weren't opponents for playing. Anyway it's already almost dead (ghost) game on GamePark. There are something about last 20 players and they're playing forever againts each other and it's not funny. Anyway we all holded CoD 1 competitive playing for very long time. Let this best game rest in piece and thank for nice times. | << Back to Topic List
