Note #3: We do not find this violation to be triggered in error, and it will not be removed. It is at the discretion of the server administrator and/or the third-party ban list administrator to remove any ban given as a result of this violation.
I rather not play a clanbase which bans for things like this.

Im sure more ppl from other teams will do exactly the same. What i want to say. Majkiieh, by some liked and by some hated, is on of the most active and most recognizable VCoD players. Banning him= killing that game completely. If i were u, i would do as much as possible to avoid that, as u can still be an admin of anything then. You know he isn't a hacker and he brings a lot of activity. Thank You |

Reply | If EvenBalance states that this wasn't bug, meaning the ban is valid, neither GV, nor CB will remove the ban even in case it causes decreasing activity.
I have no problem with majkiiEh, but as EB admins won't change their mind about this case - as lot of other players experienced that already - GV won't remove the ban either.
I would say that this is a chain: EB-GV-CB
If the one above doesn't want to remove the ban, then those who are below it cannot really do anything.
EB is account for this decision, and even there will be 10million posts here, we shouldn't disagree with EB's resolution.
The lack of activity is already a huge problem. Lately i thought it is getting better, but as i see it was just because of NC, and due to this kind of lacking, (it's sad, but we must admit) this game will have an activity decreased to minimal soon. Even with majkiiEh, even without him.
I wish him all the best in e-sport and in real life, but based on the stuff i wrote above, his ban remains. |

Too bad none of us banned him.. it's an automatic cb ban for being MBL'd just like your current suspension. C&A department deal with unbans, not us. =) |
