We have noticed that a lot of players have a wrong or invalid TO PUID entered on their profile. We would like to remind you that it is possible to change your TO PUID by opening a helpdesk ticket here, or by emailing snipy@clanbase.com (emailing me will go a lot quicker)
Please do not forget to provide a screenshot with the following:
- You in an empty server
- With the console open
- Typ in your HID (Clanbase HumanId) of your account
- Let the console show your PUID
Please also supply a reason why you want to change your PUID.
