Every player must register their GUID on the GUID page before they play any matches.
The last change of a GUID can not be done later than 24 hours before a match. Players who did not register the correct GUID more than 24 hours before a match will be rewarded with a Red card and match forfeit for their team.
Sorry for late reply. This case is clear, Team Lithuania lost their match cuz they violated the rules. Only the last entered/changed GUID count and as we can see, player didn't change his GUID in 24hours.
