One CB admin has already agreed the facts are this:
AUS stole POL tank for ~5 seconds and killed one POL player
POL (possibly) knowingly disregarded anti cheat rules and did not use UAC correctly
POL were up to 20 minutes late therefore forfeit MAP 1
