The rules explicitly say that no kind of nightvision can be used in any vehicle:

All ground vehicles are allowed, This mean for example... where there is 1 tank per side so its allowed, Teheran Highway got Vodnik+BTR+Tank so that 3 vehicles are allowed too.
Only 1 tank, is allowed per side (ONLY BASE TANK) the tank respawn in flag its not allowed to use it.
Only 1 jets and 1 Attack Helicopter per side is allowed. All perks are allowed except the Night Vision(IRNV)
and we caught on camera that one of Team Spain players used Thermal Optics on his tank. We do not question Team Spain skill and ability which is admirable, really... but our team really tries very hard to follow and play with Clan Base rules applied.

Pls understand, you're low skill team again in this match and if you have honor you dont want to win this some rolefuck, when you lost a round about 8 min because you have public skill. This is a Nation Cup, we need to skilled team not who just can win with forfeit loss with role fuck. Many skilled team dont take this forfeit because they know the enemy was better in the match and thats all. They care about it. |

Reply | We have a similar complaint on another match, there the person who had thermal was the gunner, and i see that its the same case here.
In that case we allowed it as the gunner cant use the thermal. And opponent dont have a ss or demo showing the gunner is using it by f.e switching with the driver. If we would have got such a evidence we would have forfeited them for it. But as long as the gunner dont use it (wich he cant as a gunner anyway). then we dont give out forfeit.
As rule says:
Prohibited weapons:
IRNV and THERMAL VISION scope can't be used. The use of it, is prohibited absolutely (perks,copter,tank, ...).
Mortar, m320 (with all mods), Spawn Bacon, MAV Drone are prohibited absolutely.
A team whoused it, will lose a match by forfeit.
So as long as there is no evidence like a ss or demo that clearly states he used it ingame shooting at an enemy we wont forfeit them.
The rule is bad written and can be tweaked both ways. We (admins) chose to read it as I explain above.
So as long as you dont have any other screenshot or demo showing that he used it ingame shooting at enemy with it, scores will stay.

Reply | This complaint is very unexpected. I clearly told my guys IRNV is forbidden and I'm pretty sure they didn't. It's just that infantry guys didn't even check their vehicle perks.
By the way our Tank driver streamed the whole match @own3D.tv and shows pretty clear how he never used IRNV.

Thanks to the admin cup as losing another match because of unsportmanship surely would have forced us to resign to this Nation Cup.
We signed for competing with other nations in a fair battlefield, not to be restrained by misbehave, injustice and unfair use or rules.

We obviously misunderstood the rules then, that having a perk like Thermal Optics "equipped" is not the same as "using it". We understood the rules this way: if a perk is prohibited, it shouldn't be equipped at all.
On "additional proof" we just meant a few more of similar screenshots.
And please guys let us clarify one thing - we are NOT desperately trying to win the match by "rulefucking", we are really trying hard to make rules clear for our team before playing any match. When we see that the opponent team didn't meet all the requirements according to rules, that makes us fools then for trying to play by the rules! What are rules written for then...?
All we did is write a complaint, and left it in Cup Referee/Supervisor's hands to make the final decision, and the decision on our complaint is made - we respect it.
And we never questioned skill of Team Spain which is admirable as we said earlier, just to emphasise that.

And pls Lxy if you have lots of free time check the other matches like HUN-ESP and etc, you will find lots of UAC problem!! If you chacked all matches finally the NC cup final will be CRO-GER match. XD
And you wrote the rules bad written, why dont you change a perfect good rules? This UAC ID rules still not unambiguous. And Thats Nation cup is not a Nation cup with this retard admins jobs and rules it's like a Amateur 5th League!! XD
But ESP dont worry, the ESL Country Championship is coming soon with better admins better teams and on a better eSports web page.  |

Reply | | If you bother to check CRO have 8th players on UAC its just 1 flag who is missing for some reason, but i checked his UAC ID on CB and he is from CRO. So CRO had all 8th players according to rules on UAC |

Reply | You don't want to force  Thats ok, because you can't, but if you forgive me what is the goal a site or organization like this? Showing the teams why they shouldn't participate in your tournaments/ladders? My opinion: this could work much better, if you cooperate with the teams, not just rule them.
And also: good luck for Croatia for next week, and I hope Team Spain could finish them under 8 minutes per round. ^^ |

I'm talking to my team and we probably will just resign from this cup since I can't find a reason to think you're going to fix everything that is broken in this competition.
Before the match started the 8 players from my team were logged in UAC and were shown as active. Why now half of them do not show in the UAC report is unknown to me, but surely not our fault.
Admins on their own checking UAC reports (reports that are not trusty by the way) and trying to give us a forfeit loss because of an UAC issue is not fair to us.
Why we didn't complain before today is because we thought sportmanship is a must in National competitions BUT if we are forced to replay matches because of UAC issues then we must ask for a forfeit win in our match against Hungary since only 7 guys are showing in UAC report --> http://uac.ac/#match/id=499331
Also there's proof Hungary didn't have all their players with UAC Guids registered as they were punished for it a week after our match. That should be a forfeit loss for Hungary and a Spanish win withouth needing to replay the match at all.
Also I want every UAC report from this cup reviewed and teams punished in line because this is not the only time that happened. If admins won't then I will just check them manually one by one and report any issue I find.

Reply | I aggre with you in lots of things. But you should need to replay the HUN vs. ESP matches because HUN has 7 players on the UAC list and also ESP has only 7 players on UAC list, it's awesome. XD
And yes, if the admin can cheked the UAC ID in a match without UAC ID protest, I think every teams can require the UAC ID check in other matches as well. |

Reply | If we stick by the rules they already lost because of not having the uac id registered at that time, so no need to replay, just forfeit. Anyways that's not the point because we think Hungary got a fair win and they've shown sportmanship, unlike other teams that are littering this competition by abusing a poorly written rules.
Cup admins should be smart enough to apply their own rules to favor fair play, sportmanship and true competition. |

Reply | I'm really sorry to see this. You have been rulefucked like team Hungary, sadly. I'm not so sure about the UAC is able to catch cheaters, because I don't think, its able to make screenshots in DX11 game, moreover its a piece of junk, not userfriendly (why should I donate to click a button without waiting?), and very often don't work properly. But the rules are rules, as you see. This is CB, the home of rulefucking.
I hope both of our national teams can play with NORMAL conditions in ESL NC and best wishes to Team Spain. |

Rules are made to follow. In my opinion some NC players didn't even read the rules. Having termal optics on in your perks is like drinking to much beer and driving a car.
If you're lucky you won't get caught, if you're unlucky you get busted.
If every team followed the rules there woulld be no problems.
Having played NC wars I have to say that the cup rules really are a relieve and balance the game much more on 8vs8 matches.
No termal optics, only base tank, only one jet, no m320. It really brings out the best in BF3. So don't blame the rulefucking, if you play CB NC just follow the rules and accept being punished when violating the rules.
I share the opinion about UAC and don't even know if it's helping against cheaters. Screenshots don't work so you can't see shit. But there is no real alternative since ESL Wire doesn't work either. |
