Rules 5.6
When a player would have been allowed to be added to the APL (thus would have no problem going through the new member procedure) the clan will only get a Yellow card and the match result will not be changed.
I don't see any problem with Devv being added to APL. Also if you have a formal accusation to give about his playing not being legit on 1 map he played do it now. You lost both maps on which Devv only played one, and he wouldn't have played the third, if you've got something to prove you could've won the second map which drki played as he is clearly not better than Devv.
Drki has since kicked Devv out of lemmings not because of anything fishy, since we submitted his demo to Phyo directly as soon as the match ended. But because we don't want to receive pain about any member of our clan. Hence he isn't one now.
This doesn't exclude the map loss on Purgatory you received and I know and remember clans who played whole matches with unapproved players only to receive yellow card. If you guys want a simple win switch towards you! Make your own claim better.

6.3
Players who did not register the correct GUID more than 24 hours before a match will be rewarded with a Red card and match forfeit for their team unless the supervisor was informed IN ADVANCE with a valid reason.
So you have been played with a no guid player & a no APL player.
i can't give you red, yellow or any card, i'm only admin. Let axion do his job and wait his decision.

If I gather this correctly you've made your mind about this.
I personally find this to be blow way out of proportions, but if you want to punish, then by all means do. Asme rules then should apply to any and all clans.
As to why I find this blown out of proportions is:
1. He only played one map because the match time interfered with drki's arrival by a chance.
2. We didn't play a full match with the player in question so the punishment should not be as heavy as playing a full match with the same player which we could've easily do.
3. Players that do not report their guid are red carded in very rare cases. Since if he had reported his guid he should've had no problem in qualifying for the game I see rule 6.5 still applies. Our own experience as many other CB experiences testify to that. Last season we got a yellow card because dimitrij didn't enter his guid and admin ruled to the yellow card. A mistake by a player should not cause a demise of a whole clan. At least if it is a minor mistake anyways.
I don't find the claim for a def forfeit valid as they did lose whole map without the player in question playing. Also one map never constituted a match because it is a BO3 match.
