Reply | Israel and Russian is accepted in our european ladders.
However you should allways agree on a 50/50 for servers, so you get equal ping disadvantage. |

Reply | Thats not entierly true , because they will be more used to play with higher ping then the other cb teams.
Because the only time we get such high ping is when playing them and thats not the case for them.
Some distances are not as good as most teams would want but Israel is just to far away from the avarage cb team =/ |

Sure, Israel is not europe, but to be honest I have experienced quite good latency vs Israelian teams depending on the host. |

Get rid of the israelian teams. OR accept all middle-eastern teams and other countries at the same distance... I prefer the first... |

Reply | It is not 50/50 server disadvantage.
When a good host in Scandinavia hosts(BPG for example with a great connection) the Israels will have better ping to the host than they will have with a bad connection from an Israelian team.
We experienced this vs. Russia and I thougth the same as you to begin with, but it's quite logic when you think it through.
Should dissalow Israel to join the European Ladders and also look through screenshots from vs. Russian Hosts. We experience ping as bad as 1-2/10 bars while they have 5-6 when we use our host. If a team get's too many negative votes based on bad latency they should be disqualified untill they can get a better host. |

Reply | there is no reason that Israel wont play in Europe leagues, if you consider gaming as sport than just like basketball, Israel is participating in Europe leagues.
and anyway, guys, stop whine.
if you suffer from bad latency on our host believe me we will suffer from bad latency on your host.
As i always tell Israeli players to convince them playing CB and other competitions:
"if you are good on high ping you will be even better on low ping  " |

Reply | We don't consider gaming as a sport, it's a hobby.
Neither can you ever put those two things up against eachother, as Basketball games doesn't involve travel time between the players during the match(As in Peer-Peer between host & players).
It's completely wrong, let me give you an example:
Norwegian Host has 100 MB Up/Down -> You will have around 4-5 Bars.
Israeli Host has 5 MB Up/Down -> Norwegian players will have 1-2 bars.
I could make some graphical charts if you wanna make a long discussion about this, but i'm pretty sure everyone non-isreali will back me up on this, as Israeli Players have much better connection two Scandinavian hosts, than Scandinavian players have to Israeli hosts.
And you are totally wrong, if you are a good player with high ping, you won't become better on low ping.
Israel should be disqualified from all European ladders if they cannot provide atleast a 20 MB Up/Down line to provide decent hosting.
I could bet you would not even reach top 20 if we played on lans with top 50 teams on ClanBase, it's only because of your bad connections. |

give you an example? we played CB cup against hgg and we had 1-3 lines.... they had on our host 1-3 lines too...

GOLDEN RULE: PACKETS NEVER TRAVEL FASTER THAN THE WEAKEST LINK. (and in this scenario, Israeli teams have the worst connection)
just think about it, if we here in norway have lets say 20mbs upload, dont you think you will get a better ping result than if you host with your 5000kbs/500kbs connection?
Its just math, and in this case you are wrong. |

Reply | Well, I'm totally agree there is problem with the Israeli internet,the suppliers giving low speed internet what makes to lose too much packets in game, and teams r getting lagz.
But say that Israeli teams in the top just because of that is pitiable excuse.
Im sure that any each person here wouldn't say that if he cud win em.
Im still firmly attached to the idea that hosts in MW2 should be neutralize between the country's and make the best way that will be equality between the teams. |
