In this particular mod, No longer will you regenerate health with a full hunger bar after taking damage. The only way to get it back is to use golden apples or health potions. Golden apples now require gold ingots instead of nuggets - you must survive against other players as well as mobs, a group of players play this and video their games on youtube. Team games are also quite good but solo is just as good.
