because change this line:
rcon say "ClanBase CS:Source server settings V2.0 loaded."
To this one
say "ClanBase CS:Source server settings V2.0 loaded." |

Found the error!
The last line contains a command with
change this line:
rcon say "ClanBase CS:Source server settings V2.0 loaded."
To this one
say "ClanBase CS:Source server settings V2.0 loaded."
Then everything should work fine, gues some admin have to edit this to  see my post ^^ |
