Unreal Tournament 3: Bonus Pack 3 Volume 3 released

The team of the best UT level designers from around the world has returned for a third volume of the third Community Bonus Pack instalment, now available for download.

The Community Bonus Pack 3: Volume 3 for Unreal Tournament 3 -- yes, three threes -- features 11 new levels, 1 new gametype, 2 new pickups (including a replacement mutator for using them in standard levels) and 1 new character.

The maps included in the package have been available for download individually for a while, and have now been put together to create CBP3: Volume 3. Detailed descriptions, including the names of the maps, their authors, how many players they are for and more can be found in the following pictures.

A trailer has also been released, giving us a quick glimpse of each of the maps. Watch it below.

In order to install this volume you are required to have the latest v2.1 patch and the Titan Pack. Full, detailed installation instructions and more information can be found over at BeyondUnreal.

CBP3: Volume 3 weighs in at around 477 MB, and can be downloaded from one of the mirrors listed below. You can download either the Installer (cbp3_volume3_install_v2.exe), or if you're having problems with it, a Zip Archive version (cbp3_volume3_zip.zip) is available as well. It is recommended that you first try the Installer.

Note: If you were one of the sneaky people that downloaded any of these maps from the MSUC website (fileplanet), you will still need to download this pack as nearly all of the levels have changed since then.

A PlayStation 3 version of Volume 3 will be released within the coming two weeks. The designers team also revealed that they're already hard at work on Volume 4 of the CBP3.

It's nice ppl still try with this game, but really the effort is so not worth it. This game has had no players from the start, Epic can blame themselves for that pathetic demo they put out at the start. It didnt represent the game but thats what everyone was made to think as that was the demonstration of the full game, whoever made the decision to release that garbage for a demo should have been fired. This game was doomed before it was released, even giving it away for free on steam noone is interested.
