After a quite long history of gaming, four and a half year to be exactly, we played our 500th war last week. Our victim this time was MeRc. In a nice and close game we beat them with 7-3. How sweet of them to let us win our 500th game. Thank you for the nice match. You guys showed a great attitude to be very honest.<p> DmK started as C>C (Cheats Clan) with Lasermen and SuperStar around October 2000. At the begin C>C played Quake3 and sucked at it so after a few months the clan became inactive. <br> In October 2001 the clan put their forces together again, this time as Dutch Mass KillersC. Another big change was that they started playing an other game, called Unreal Tournament.<br> Half January a new player with the name SyNDiCaTE joined the clan, very glad he was accepted to the group. Though soon enough he discovered this clan needed a big change. So begin April 2002 DmK rejoined ClanBase with a new team. A lot of new players that hadn't been in a clan before got their chance at DmK and soon they started to form a very nice team. Things went well and DmK achieved a couple of nice results. But unfortunately the clan fell apart after SyNDiCaTE left them due to a disagreement with the so called leader.<p> But as his roots were still at DmK, SyNDiCaTE returned in January 2003 and all the old skool players followed his steps again. In this period DmK really growed and reached the tops of the ladders. Unfortunately after a stupid mistake the clan got killed for a fake match in July. Though that didn't take away the spirit away and they just started all over again a couple of days later with yet another DmK. <br> After a lot of argueing with the clanleader Lasermen we finally managed to get him out the clan and made SyNDoRK clanleader, as he was doing all the jobs a clanleader was meant to do. Everybody was very glad that Lasermen was kicked out the group now, eventhough he was the actual founder of the clan.<br> Not much later SyNDoRK left the clan again because he wanted to quit with UnrealTournament for some reasons. Erosje took over the leadership but as a lot of members weren't motivated anymore he killed the clan in November.<p> A half year later we started again for the last time, now with the name Dreun Meer Konten. All the ex-members returned and we decided not to go for points now, but just for fun. We knew eachother for several years now and everyone had achieved some nice results in their UT-carreer. So we decided to just relax and have fun in all the games we play. And I'm glad we decided that since we're not doing very well anymore in the ladders haha. And afterall, what's more important than having fun?<p> I want to thank everybody that has put time, energy and in some cases even money into DmK. My special thanks goes to Erosje, Waterkater and SuperStar who have been close internet-friends to me from the beginning. Waterkater was the one that took me in DmK and I know Erosje from the moment I started playing UT. Both have done many things within DmK and took over my jobs when I couldn't be there at that moment. SuperStar has been in DmK from the beginning, sucks at UT, sucks dicks and tits aswell but owns at cheerleading and carrying our beer from server to server! If we wouldn't have him we would be on the first page, no doubt about that. But we don't WANT to do without him, never!<br> Also thanks to my trustees and ofcourse Mr.RiP our daddy. He's supporting us by giving a server for free. But when you keep in mind DmK is a clan that excists for 4,5 years it's not weird to have such a large list of members and ex-members. Personally I think the best period of the clan was January this year. On the 22nd and 23rd of January we had a meeting at my place. As we knew each other this long but didn't meet everyone yet we had a very good time with each other. We drank the hell out of us, fragged each other with a small LAN, went to the local Egypt restaurant for the neccesary pizzas and shoarma, got us driven to a dancehall for beers and bitches, and went to sleep at the most weird places in my own house. Hi again! A lot of players asked me why I didn't brought DmK back to life again. And now, half a year later we're re-united again! Hihi, even more stupid than ever before! Hope it will be a great time as all those other times with DmK. Hope our opponnents will be as friendly as we try to be during the games and next to the games! For now, Good Luck but especially HAVE FUN to everyone who's involved someway with DmK! | |
