Finally OpenCup 2010 has finished. We managed to get all the finals played last month and would like to give a big thanks to all the teams that competed, and showed great sportsmanship throughout the competition. HTF take on LKFF2 in the second league playoff final tonight. Catch all the build up to this promising game here. The build up will include statements from both teams alongside roster information and more.

Our first semi-final in the highest division has been played. It was close and exciting game between k1ck and broken. Broken chose ctf2 and ctf 10 as their maps, while k1ck wanted ctf8 and ctf3.

Tonight live on Holyshit.TV, broken take on k1ck in the semi finals of the opencup premiership playoffs for a chance to advance to the finals. I managed to catch up with BlaD3 to find out his thoughts regarding this game and k1ck.

The first playoff game of the season was between !nf and pyro. It was a nice 4 map game where both teams played well.

As part of adding some coverage to this cup, we will be doing interviews with several of the teams. Here is our interview with 4 members of K1ck.

We are in the last week for group stage matches and the playoffs will start next week on Monday 24. of May.

The match meeting started out bad with Wild having confused the times. Pyro was kind enough to wait for them instead of going the easy route of claiming a default win. Both teams agreed on a German server. Wild chose CTF10 as their map and Pyro picked CTF2.

As you can see, the groups are now published. Most changes but not all were made.

Clanleaders or trustee's can now start challenging opponents in the Roster page.

The first draft has been made, I would like to say thanks to most teams for entering a somewhat realistic rating according to the signups. This is the first draft, and teams have basicly been randomly shuffled within their respective league.

We will be looking a bit more into softening overkill groups, but most will probably stay as it is in this draft.

As in every cup the rules can be found under the rules section in your Cup menu to your left. Please make sure you read and understand the rules properly, if you have questions regarding the rules or if you see any mistakes in the rules then do not hesitate to contact a supervisor. It is best for everyone if any errors or misunderstandings can be dealt with before the cup instead of during the cup.

Every season we ask for dedicated admins to help out the supervisors with uploading screenshots and making matchreports. This season is no different so here we go, we are looking for people who can:

• Speak and have decent written English
• Write interesting matchreports, interviews or predictions
• Make well thought out and impartial decisions

Feel like you're up for the task, don't hesitate to sign up. Of course, you can also simply sign up to upload the screenshots of your own match, so you can make the cuppage a bit more interesting for all to see.
