Since there has been some delays of the matches and rescheduling games AFTER they have been forced by admins, which than lead to complaining by some teams, I felt obliged to remind everyone how CB system works and to make arranging of future games easier:
After match is forced by admins it CAN'T be moved anymore unless specifically one of the sups allowed it so (only in extreme cases will be allowed) !!
To prevent that (and possible w/o due to lack of players on the forced date), you can agree with your opponent on time and play at date that suits both of you and not playing at forced date.
You can do it by using CB Challenge System in
Roster (or using Pending link) or by talking with your opponents over irc and agreeing with them in person (which is certainly the better way of handling these things).
Matches will be created usually Sunday night or Monday morning. After that teams have until Wednesday night (3 days) to use that time to agree with enemy on date and let the sups know (must be date in that week or eventually next Monday !! ).
By not doing it (or allowing your opponent to challenge you without you responding) will only make admins force date of your enemy (if neither team has challenged, admins choose dates on their own - usually Sunday or Monday) and you lose your right to complain about the date when you must play your match!
So to prevent admins forcing the dates for you and your matches (and ultimately you complaining about it), do it yourselves as soon as you know with whom you play next (as seen in Rankings immediately after the score in entered) and always
keep in mind that every week one match for each team must be played (no free/pause weeks) !
