The spring season of the ClanBase Clan Arena opencup 2011 has finished. Congratulations to PCM who were the overall winners of the cup. Thanks to all the clans for participating, hope you had fun!

The top two finishers from group A met in the finals. Coma won their group stage encounter 2-1, but PCM got their revenge in the finals.

KRS defeated f1st3d to take the bronze in the Clan arena opencup.

The group stage is nearly at it's end and the playoffs will start soon. The matchweek of 16th to 23rd of May will be used for getting overdue games played. The deadline for results is 20:00 CEST on 24th of May, after that we will hand out double noshows for matches that are still missing scores. Once all scores have been entered, we will make the playoff tree and give the clans until 20:00 CEST on 29th of May to schedule their first playoff matches.

For all overdue matches, clans will have until 20:00 CEST on Tuesday 17th of May to agree on a time and PM the supervisors with the match times. If the clans cannot agree, then PM the supervisors with your clans preferred match times. We will then force the matches for a date between 18th of May and 23rd of May. If we do not receive any preferred match times, then we will force for an arbitrary date and time. The first matchweek for the playoffs will start on 30th of May.

PCM ran over VD on asylum and had a somewhat close game on DM6.

There is going to be some downtime on Monday and Tuesday, due to id making changes to the Quake Live infrastructure. There are a few games scheduled on these days. If Quake Live is down at the time that your match is scheduled for, try to agree upon a new match time with your opponent for the game. If you agree upon a new matctime, then a representative from each clan must send a pm to both supervisors with the new date and time and we will reschedule the match for you. This will not affect your wildcard. If the clans can not agree upon a new match time, then they must contact one of the supervisors. This rescheduling of matches only applies to when QL has downtime, for all other matches, normal scheduling procedures apply.

There are 3 matches, from the first 2 matchweeks, that are missing results. Results for these matches must be in by 2nd of May 22:00 CEST or the matches will be considered double noshows.
