Ok let me say a few words

1) indeed I had a big mouth and I was not that friendly. For that I want to apologize. Why? I got a lot of work for school lately, and I'm tired of waiting hours before a game starts.

2) why did we use the "rules"? we played 1337 mods and games in the past and we had a lot of problems with nerdies who study the cuprules 24/24, so we decided not to be that kind anymore and stop saying "ok" to every clan who tries to fuck us up by postponing and rescheduling games and forcing us to play on an unfair server.

3) really, we didn't pick the "mokum" server to just fuck u up and because "we really want to win this game". No, as kyo already said 69 times : He had a routing problem and I think nobody would play with 20% PL on a server.(Kyo made a screenshot of his f6, but nobody was willing to look at it).

4) after all the discussing and when kestha forced us to play on mokum(yes kestha forced us like a sup should do, so we DIDN'T force u to the mokum server), suddenly the Loq guy had 50-60 f1 instead of 110 f1 (for me a bit weird but ok). So in my eyes we had all "good" ping.

5) U guys gave us a great fight on deck = unexpected. After all it was no waste of time because I think it was a great game with good fights.

Anywayz, I'm not going to say more in this lovely "comment collection". Again my apologizes for my behaviour, but u must understand me too sometimes ;-)

If you actually read my post you would have known why we played on the dutch server and you wouldn't make useless assumptions calling them facts.
As for muting the warchannel, yeah I muted it giving voice to both clan leaders, as there was a huge mess going on with every1 typing.
As for vred's english fluency - afaik he used to study english at university and I often seen him being quite fluent on IRC so BITCH PLEASE.
You also wouldn't be able to take the wildcard because you didn't show up for the previous date, this one was already 3 weeks overdue and forced by the supervisor.
And it is you who displayed an attitude of "tick 50 or we're not playing", saying that it's the rules, where in fact it is not. And since we only had web admin to the server there was no possibility to change it anyway (it was set to 36 btw, still more than the 30 that are in the rules).
And no one said that your ping was lower on the dutch server. What we said was that the difference in team ping on f1 was lower on the dutch server, which was true. Still we would probably end up playing on one of the german servers if I didn't have 20% packet loss on them - and I think you would agree that having 20% packet loss is a bigger problem than 5ms more under f1. Even more so when you all had around 50-55f1 - please don't try to tell me that it's unplayable ping?
Anyway I'm not here to argue, just clearing up some of the "facts" that you speak of, I hope you agree that it wasn't quite as you made it out to be.
The only thing I can agree on is that Boob was annoyed and provided you with a hefty display of his big mouth, but that's something you should ignore. I'm quite sure you realize that after being in this scene for so many years mego.

Ok let's get few FACTS straight :

1) Jalla wouldnt allow us to take a wildcard after the matchtime was done - because its in rules. As an effect we had to play without respect, although we still had wildcard ready to use.

2) Jalla wouldnt want to play on another server than theirs. They said "the game time was 21:00 and you are proposing server 21:28 - the game was postponed to 22 and they still had a problem that we proposed different server.

3) Jalla had better pings on all the servers, yet they refused us to choose the server that is best suited for us. In fact they forced us to play where they liked.

4) Jalla wouldnt want to play on tick 50 which would mean the pings would equalize a bit. <-- I thought tick 50 was in rules, cause two clans dropped of the cup cause they didnt like the change, hence my 'tick 50 or we don't play'. My bad.

5) JALLA moderated the warchannel during the testing, forcing Vred to defend our stand, whilst im the only one fluent enough in english to do it in a proper manner.

6) Jalla was arrogant and bossy thro whole chattalk on irc, like it was still 1999 or something. 'it doesnt matter where we play you wont win anyways and bullcrap like that' ;>

7) Jalla LIED directly to the Supervisor, Kes, that the we had lower pings on that dutch server than the german one. Lol, yeah, sure. Vred didnt write anything cause he was like 'i cba to talk to these kids' and I was muted

For me that's really enough to distinguish a prick from a man with balls and that's it from me on the subject. Well done, grats on the win. You wanted it so bad so there you have it

I hope our next opponents will be more friendly and normal in this cup, cause if it wasnt for the lads of my team, I would off given forfeit yesterday instead of wasting over an hour of my life to play such lowlifes.

I just thought Jalla would do it in style, without using some dodgy and lame tricks to get a win. Thought its gonna happen in a nice atmosphere and in fair and square game between two clans that share a passion for the game that is 12 years old.

The team ping difference was kinda the same on both servers, actually it was 10ms smaller on the dutch one, so one can argue that it was the fairest server. Had 20% pl on the german and there was no sub to be found, so it's kind of self explanatory why this server was chosen.

But yeah, insta servers as well. I remember I even played some duels on uN's .uk server, had like 75f6 and felt quite smooth.

My routing was broken and I was laggy everywhere, but the dutch server was the only server I didn't have 20% packetloss :b
So I admit it's indeed my fault for not playing on a german server. Normally I have no problem with those since Jalla's clan server is also german.

Im not sure i understand the reason for playing on a dutch server when everybody would ping lower on the german one How can this not be a huge advantage? I guess i just dont know the whole story but it sounds weird

In 10 years I think I've only played a tdm match on a uk server 2 times, both vs Haemorage ;p

They are pretty common in ictf afaik though.

Yeah 50-55f1 is fucking horrible indeed, not like any1 in Europe can play or ever plays with such devastating ping.

Seriously get your heads out of your asses and learn to play on ping above 50f6. Everything up to 80-85f6 is perfectly fine unless your opponent has super-duper low ping, which was not the case because the server was dutch and as you can see from the flags next to our nicks there were no dutchies around in our team.

If we played on a german server they might have had a bit lower ping, prolly by 5-7ms @ f6, but on the other hand KrAzZz was pinging 30f6 on it, rest of Jalla was also lower than on the dutch one. So I fail to see the huge advantage of playing on it. Besides I'm also playing from Poland and I know what pings where, and you can't get any better than the server we played on OR german servers (which are also better for every1 else except dutchies).

The only reason people like gram whine about ping on foreign servers is because they are used to playing with 40-50f6 on polish servers without purestats (aka oldschool settings). So when they play with more ping and different settings they don't do as good and thus whine. The thing is it's only their problem and none of anyone else's concern. I don't have any problems playing LAN, polish, german, dutch and UK servers interchangeably, different settings and different game types.
If you can't cope with it then don't play, simple as that.

But please, just please stfu about "pingraping". This is not pingrape. ssNz with 30f6 on a dutch server playing vs ram that had 100f6 was pingrape. 60-65f6 Boob vs 70-80 bonecracker is not.

Also, the "set tickrate 50 or we don't play" drama was hilarious. Please get some understanding of basic networking mechanics before having the audacity to present demands as incredibly silly and ridiculous as this one.
