EuroCup III - Q3 DM

We can look back on a succesful Eurocup 3 tournament. It was bigger and better than the previous Eurocups, with the greatest addition being the Counterstrike LAN final. Maybe next time an Unreal Tournament final as well?
Many thousands of spectators around the globe witnessed the exciting matches on IRC/ Shoutcast/ GTV, and gaming sites did extensive coverage. The Counterstrike final demos were downloaded a total of 57.000 times and the Eurocup3 movie was downloaded more than 25.000 times in one week. We are very pleased and honoured by this amount of interest and we're preparing EC4 with joy and with confidence in our formula: select the best of the best by holding a foregoing internet tournament and make sure all those clans, sponsor or no sponsor, can make it to the finals by taking care of their fairs. Especially the release of HalfLife TV and the improved Gamers TV will make EC4 a whole new experience.

Goodies: Shoutcast recordings (live internet radio with commentary, music and gamesound).
Note: Demos of the second day are linked to the corresponding MP3 recording of the shoutcast commentary. A selection of coverage on other sites:
