PB guid

As you know we have a rule forcing players to have their PB guid registered at least 14 days ago. We are now in the third match week and the rule will be fully applied. So if you have decided to change your guid for any random reason, take a break and go play elsewhere, we will not accept you playing in any ClanBase ET competition.
Only under very exceptional circustances we will allow it (f.e. important lan event), so if this is not your case, don't bother to ask us, we will deny it. And if you decided to ignore this rule and play a game, be sure you will get a red card and a forfeit loss.

Wildcards

If you want to use your precious wildcard, you have to report it to the supervisors. The best and most secure way to do it is sending the supervisors a ClanBase message asking for it including a link to your war. Remember we will accept petitions before the match's starting time and done by the clan leader (or trustee) or war arranger. It is also very advisable to inform your opponent.
Once the wildcard is stored you will have your match open again in the roster page for challenging, and it will remain opened 48 hours for the teams to agree a new date, after that time, if there is no agreement, the supervisors will force it following the standard challenge rules.

Noshows

Sadly, there will be noshows in the cup and as we had a lot of clans asking us how to report them, lets make it clear..
To report a noshow you have to be in the war channel and, after the official match time, make a screenshot of your irc window and mail it to the supervisors, remember including a link to your match and. if you think it will be useful, the log of the channel.

Missing Scores

If you had no referee in your game, right after finishing it, you have to report the score. You have to do it sending an email to the Cup supervisors and you will need to include the screenshots and a link to your match.
After 48 hours of the match starting time, if we have not received the score, your match can be declared as a "double noshow".

Due to particularity of Enemy Territory, the Guid rule is different than other games, so we have a special rule for our game:

• GUID's are unique identifiers used in games to recognize players. Examples: SteamID, PB guid, CoD2 guid, UT2004 guid, ETpro guid, DMW client nr and Xbox Live Gamertag.
• Every player must register their GUID on the GUID page before they play any matches.
• The last change of a GUID can not be done later than 24 hours before a match. Players who did not register the correct GUID more than 24 hours before a match will be rewarded with a Red card and match forfeit for their team unless the supervisor was informed in advance with a valid reason. If no supervisor is around at the time of the match this must be done by a private message to both Cupsupervisors on ClanBase (stating a clear reason).
• The above 24 hour rule does NOT apply to Enemy Territory cups, players are required to register their ET PB GUID 14 days before the match or they will be considered freelancers.
• Only the last entered GUID (the one you can see on your account's page) in the changelog will be considered as valid to play with. If the clan can proof beyond reasonable doubt that it is the correct player who played, only a Yellow card is given and the match result will not be changed.
• If a player is forced to use a different guid than the one he or she is registered with, he/she should inform the supervisors as soon as possible about that with as much information as possible (e.g. ip, guid(s), netcafé name). Sanctions: Red Card.

Exceptionally for this season, as it is the first time we will use the PB guid at cups, the 14 days rule will not be enforced during the first and second match weeks.
