Of our choice perhaps sounds a bit too subjective:
if only one clan has challenged, we usually force it to the day and time they proposed, unless it's the first day of a matchweek.
When both clans have proposed a date, we try to find a compromise between their suggestions. If they challenged for the same day, we take the middle of the time they suggested. If they both challenged for different days, then we pick another (neutral) day.
