Mapweeks + points

Like last OC, we will be sticking with set map weeks, so to utilise all maps and not keep playing switchback everyweek.

We will assign a total of 4 maps to a mapweek. Each clan gets to pick one out of these 4 maps to play in that week.

How to decide who picks what map during groupstages:
As with the playoff stages, a clan will call heads or tails. The winner gets to choose between announcing his own clan's mappick first, or he/she can ask the cointoss-'loser' first for their mappick. Up to whoever wins the cointoss. It is not allowed to play the same map twice in groupgame!, so if your opponent picks the map you had in mind, you will have to pick another one of that mapweek!

Decider map:
The clan which has the most caps over the 2 maps played thus far picks one of the two remaining maps to play as decider map
In case the amount of caps are tied aswell, another cointoss will decide who picks the decider map out of the two remaining maps for that mapweek

-------------Points/Scoring system-------------

A map is worth 2 points. Winning a map means 2 points to the clan. A draw means that both clans get 1 point. Winning a decider map is 1 point.

In a groupstage, map scores are either 4-0 if a clan wins both maps, 3-1 if a clan wins 1 map then draws the second or 3-2 if a decider map is played.

In the playoff's it is best of 5 maps or first to 3 maps (both are the same).

the maplist looks good overall, the weeks are balanced as well

you'd obviously say that, being a ut99 player.

sprinta is absolutely terrible in ut2004. played right, it can be fun - but everyone just runs around and lames which makes it super boring. every mapweek has at least two good maps if you ask me.
