Looking for some Uscript/Mysql/PHP coders
by: DavVadorI have a few more projects going on and one of them is bringing back a public UTAN system which could be used for CB.
I know some UTAN like systems already exists and are in use on some servers, but it seems they dont want it to be used on CB.
So the idea would be to code another one which could be used freely for CB wars like it was in the past with UTAN.
Thus i need a few coders, being available, having some good knowledge in uscript, mysql or/and php.

CB could open up a account and fill it with banned guids. Since you can use a accounts banlist without password, this could work very well.
Also, you only have to change the username on your server-config to change the used banlist - admins wouldn't have to do that much work for changing between cblist and personallist.
Only thing which could be problematic in this scenario, no one can check which banlist is in use w/o full access to webadmin - and no one will allow that. So the UTAN-Mutator has to be minor-changed. All we would need is a command to printout the used banlist.
