we (the UT2k4-Community) are getting smaller and less players month by month, so that the remaining players mostly know each other by name / nick. So I think, neither Dav nor the SP-opponents will/can really doubt, that Jean was Jean at the match, at least when they´re honest.... of cause he was....So before that background it´s even worse to get eliminated like that....

Seek didnt contact anyone but me about this.
Then I contacted the player involved on 8th june and contacted his leader the same day.
I dont see any inactive title or property in your clan and as far as i know Jean isnt an inactive player seeing he played that war.
There was absolutely no reason to contact any other player in the clan.
I waited 3 days and seeing noone answered me, i've put the red card.

I already checked the IPs and there was no match between the IP used in game/Wrex and the one on CB.
I also tried contacting both Jean and FG's leader about this issue and got no answer, so if they are not willing to cooperate to proove Jean = the player who played the war, then it's a deserved red card.

Rules are more important than anything on CB, so if you fuck up with the rules, expect the consequences.
As Maze said, if you dont give a shit about rules, go play some praccies/public.
And you wont get more clans by allowing people to break rules and go unpunished.
You'll only bore faster the legit players, making them leave.

Any player in more than one clan without linking their personalities will be considered to be a freelancer in all clans except the one they were registered with first, unless the duplicate account is inactive. Account is considered to be inactive if the last login date was over 60 days ago before the match date.

So was his account active in the past 60 days?

All I see here is Sp using the rules to get their win even though they lost. You don't care about the game, you only care about your pixelcup. You don't care if FG doesn't signup next season and we will have 10 clans left.

Just accept that you lost, even if there is a GUID missing. Who cares. This is just lame. If FG could show that Jean is really Jean, it would be a Yellow Card instead.
