ClanBase Recaps on the EC XV LAN

On the 8th and 9th of September ClanBase travelled down to the WZZRD Gaming Centre in Enschede. With 3 of the ClanBase EuroCups coming to an end, and also the finals of the Team GX competition, the competition was certainly a big event. Now that it is all over, we have summarised the competitions for you, and have provided some interesting video interviews of the events.

ClanBase Summarises Each Competition

At the LAN Finals, 3 teams took home with large sums of money, after winning their respective competitions. In the Call of Duty 2 competition, European multigaming team, Tek-9 came away victorious winning €2700. In this preview you can read how we looked forward to this tournament. You can see the recap of the whole CoD 2 tournament here.

In the CounterStrike tournament Team NoA won the competition for the second time in a row beating Cmax.gg to win the grand prize of €5000. The preview of the competition can be found here and the recap on the event can be found here.

Finally in the Warcraft III tournament, Grubby, after several attempts, walked away with the main prize of €2000 after beating PGS.PS.Paladyn in the finals. In what was a close game, Grubby conquered. Full details of our thoughts prior to the event can be found here and the recap of the whole event including video interviews can be found here.
