PES6 Error - PLEASE HELP!

Reply | When I go to load up my PES6 game it comes up the "send error to microsoft" window. I then wondered why this happened, because it has only started happening since I reformatted my PC. I then re-installed my PES6 and I still found the same problem. I tried turning off my anti-virus, still no success.
Please can someone help me out?
Is there a patch or something I must download?
