You can't participate with shared guids, unless you wanna get in troubles soon.
Each ladder/cup has its own rules, but there's a common rule regarding GUIDs:
6. GUIDs
GUID's are unique identifiers used in games to recognize players. Examples: SteamID, PB guid, CoD2 guid, UT2004 guid, SLAC ID, UAC User ID and Xbox Live Gamertag.
Those IDs are Unique.
You also can't register twice the exact same GUID on clanbase.
If you try to enter nearly the same and you get caught in a war sharing GUID and having not the exact same as on your CB profile, you'll be punished.
So i'd advise your members to buy a new game for each of them, UT2004 is quite an old game and isnt that much expensive btw.
