many years ago I registered at clanbase and played some clan games. Several years of inactivity meant that I can not login anymore. The website says "it is too long ago that I logged in". So I am not able to delete my personal data and account.
I opened a ticket #431168 and ask for help. This ist the answer I got: "We do not delete account(s) and or GUID(s) on demand."
So I replied to the message:
Hello,
please tell me how I can delete my account at clanbase. I can't login anymore "cause it is too long ago that I logged in"...
I revoke my consent to store my data at clanbase. So please find a solution! This account must be deleted!
Maybe here is somebody who can help me to get control over my account and personal information again?

We do not delete account(s) and or GUID(s) on demand.
It\'s listed on our FAQ aswell which you agree by signign up.

Hi, wow, you are so friendly. To repeat a simple sentence doesn't change the situation. You store personal information about me. And I decided to disagree. That's why I want to log in and change my personal data. You can't tell me that your FAQs are more important than laws. If you don't give me access to my account and personal data and let me delete my personal information like e. g. my birthday you are acting illegally. But the big question is: Why do you behave like this? I can't understand it... There is no reason... Strange... Please give me acces to the account so I can delete my personal information. Thanks. |

The reason: I woultd like to avoid that information about my 'wolfenstein career' will be find by the head of personal department the company I work for or a company I apply for a job at the moment. No more no less. I harm no one... So what's your problem with it? |

Reply | If you would read our FAQ, you would have seen you can acces your account when you provide us proof. If you dont do this, we cant help you out.
Our policy is simple, we dont remove guids/accouns on demand. We can give you your account back when you come with proof. |
