Reply | | It doesn't matter if the clan is active or deleted, you have to wait atleast 14 days, so obviously you win by forfeit. |

Reply | | it says in the rules that if clan is hibernating there is no sharing line up. and clan is considered to be hibernating if it's not in the ladder. |
