Used to play Unreal Tournament in CB in few clans (including gladiators and TheUnderdogs), also played in Nations Cup as badt / badteh / megoza.
I didn't play in CB for some time and I didnt login meawhile, so now I cannot login to my account because it seem to be expired. Now I wanted to join clan gram to play in UT TDM NW Cup so therefore I would like to restore it.

Reply | I also noticed you replied to different poster that he should have made a ticket - so I made 1 aswell and I am awaiting your quick reponse. My email didn't change (s1mone@o2.pl) so resetting my pw and sending it onto my mail shouldnt be much of a problem.

Reply | well I had to create a new account, cause after making a ticket, some guy from CB asked me to install some external program, which was supossed to check my personality. Well - ive got some info for CB admins - that program simply DOES NOT work for unreal tournament 99 players and kes (UT TDM Supervisor) said that to me aswell - he also explained me why I got asked to do such a dumb thing aswell. Therefore I didnt install the program and I asked CB crew via mail to get my acc back. I also gave a SOLID proof for my personality in the emial - yet no response.
Its fuckin sad how you react to plea's from the ex-players that want to get back to the game. Seriously it is. |

Reply | I feel I'm damn ignored.. nobody bothers with those tickets I guess, however it is written everywhere that you can get almost IMMEDIATE response. The lack of interest you are showing is very dissappointing.
I sent nearly 15 tickets, after 12 I didn't even received a message, with a 4th email hosting, I received them with the Ticket Code, but nothing else happened since then.
I understand that you are very busy and it is almost impossible for you to help us, but then some very clever guy from the management of this site could tell me why the hell are old clanbase account locked????????
I guess it was mean't to be some kind of a "protection system", but with this badly working helpdesk ticket system ,you actually changed logging into your own account impossible.
Its not only me who suffers from these problems so I would like you to take into consideration some change in this issue.
