When you caught some cheating or someone is very abusive in a war you can report it to us. You have to do this by mailing Talker.
Talker will be handling all cases that we get and see if it is correct. If they are correct it will be send to the Cheat and Abuse (C&A) department of ClanBase.
Put in the mail the pid of the cheater/abuser and the proof. If he is the clanleader of the clan also put in the cid of his clan.

Last couple of weeks we get alot of e-mails and PM's on IRC from people who personally contact us about their conflicts. This is strictly forbidden as written in the rules.
It is strictly forbidden to contact any admin in private to defend your case. Anything you have to say must be said openly. Trying to influence an admin in private will lead to an automatic loss of the conflict.
From now on we will be very strict with banning for playing with a banned player.
If a Clan uses a banned player (also applies to ClanBase Hosted Cups):
* Match the offence occured in will be forfeited.
* All the players who played with him/her in a match will be banned for 3 months.
It's impossible for us to know wheter you knew it or not, and we have to draw the line somewhere. So everyone playing with a banned player will get banned.
