We cant do anything for you about this issue, you have to contact them in any way, try mIRC, ClanBase PM system, Mail them.. Try the game supervisor etc.

This account does not have any GUID registered. If you want a new clanleader, just start a vote to get it transferred to your new account.
We cant give that account back and screenshots wont help.

1st start a new clan leader voting
then follow the instructions u have been given+get new CL 2 confirm his identity:
