don't think so..

It looks like r_light_nolight 1 (makes the players shine so you can see them realy easy)

At least that was the command in MoH (old) and it was forbidden

r_light_nolight 1 doesn't work on COD games I think probably another command but it does the same

the only advantage this gives is that enemies cant do "dead man" anymore, as corpses glow in a bright white - and so do mates that are alive, which would stop you from making tks at all.
but alive enemies do not glow.

either way it shouldnt be allowed.

no that isnt legal and allowed in cb!!!

that is player modelskins and its called texture hack

i tested it out via fake uac2 account and i got banned for 6 month

i dont played with this in a cb match or something but you can report this
