in FEBRUARY 2011 he got banned for 3 months
in MARCH 2011 he made new account

After 3 months when suspension expired on old acc, he went back to it,
In May 19, he linked the new account(march 2011) to the old one, to get same cdkey and uac.

Its perfect proof for returning while banned right?
As he made new account during suspension he should be punished for that.

If his suspension has already expired, nothing can be done about it.

but when suspension was still active, he returned on new account

after suspension on old acc expired

he came back to old acc, and linked the new one to it.
