Why am i still banned?

Reply | i have been banned 2 weeks ago. i wrote a ban appeal after i've got the ban immediatly but nothing happened until today.
My appeal was the following :
I've got banned from ClanBase few days ago, but it seems a mistake to me. I have a static AND shared IP(188.36.224.240) what is clearly visible if you check it on eye-dent. If you check my IP there in CoD4, you will see many many GUID and name on the same days, at the same time...
In the attached evidence on my C&A Profile there is a banned GUID(which is not mine) and an IP(which is mine TOO), so the ban does not belong to me! If you check the eye-dent log you will see that when that other GUID got banned many player was playing with other GUIDs but on the same IP.
Please lift my ban since I am fully innocent in this case!

Apart from this there's an other proof to prove myself : When this guid ban is created i were on lan (ICL7) and a CB Admin can confirm this.
Its unfair that you (Admins) couldn't answer to me yet however my case is really simple.
I want to ask you in this way to help me with this problem as soon as possible.

Do you really think that it was my fault?
You sent this nothing to an admin and that lazy admin didn't check his ip and guid matches properly becouse if he would have done it M4r3c would not be banned.
He use that ip since 2009 and his account is created in aug. 2009. So with this static ip he went to a lan and when he was on the way he cheated on a public server ( same time if someone check it)
You can see on that date there is a lot of guids( belongs to the lanplayers) with the same ip.
Apart from this he is a 25 years old guy who has things to do but ofc not hacking on a friday morning...
So the problem is that you think Cb is always good, they give bans to hackers but no, not everytime. Not everyone hacking who has C&A profile, not everyone hacking who has a banned guid with his ip.
Just like me: i tried to ban a hacker ( i did it), i used a detected wallhack to check his demo and when i was done i opened the conflict witch banned him. But miserably when i came to play on a public server it banned me becouse that wallhack was dissabled but the server detected it in my cod4 folder.
That was a fail but i just tried to ban someone and i was fucked up.
All together there really are innocent players.
I hope this case will be clear soon. |

Reply | | No use to post here, as we dont handle C&A cases.. its for C&A department to do. And they handle all appeals via the ticket system. |

Reply | | Your are not the only person who feels they was banned incorrectly you just have to wait it can take time as there are others ahead of you, AND once again stop spamming here as we have not control over bans. |
