Well, I think the problem lies mainly on the hosts because everytime I have gotten a server from UK hosts in the past, I have always gotten lag spikes (ping jumps every minute or two) whenever I try running PAM and a cvarlist. I've tried at least 5 different UK hosts in the past and they've all been bad except for LinXHosting.
Try downloading the lastest CB PAM (/rcon pam_mode opencup) and run it with no cvarlist at first, then add the cvarlist to see if it makes a difference. Links are below:

If that still doesn't work, my advice to you would be not to get a UO server located in the UK as they dont seem to be that reliable in my experience. Your public server is working fine since it is modless or uses AWE/other mod i presume? |
