Reply | Kiwi was not allowed to play as he already play on an EC team this season.
You can say that oponent agree for you to use a merc, but did you say that it was kiwi before the game or not, if yes you will have to prove it with log.
If not this game cant be counted and need to be replayed this wed or this thursday MAXIMUM.
In case of any whine or else i will apply rules that EC players cant play for an OC team and you will lose by forfeit. |

and since when is ec quali = ec?
its like in football. worldchampionship quali = worldchampionship
hopefully, clanbase doing 4:0 for us. they allowed him with a deal, he knew that it is kiwi. so they agreed. whining after the game and claiming forfeit is sad. |

just found this:
14. Match Rules - qualifier matches
2. Players who played for the winning clan in a qualifier will not be allowed to play for any other team in the cup (EuroCup + OpenCup) during the first 3 match weeks. This rule seeks to discourage players who do not intend to compete with the clan from 'helping' it qualify.
3. Players who played for the losing clan in a qualifier must first go through the new member procedure (as described in the Clans And Players section) before they can play for another clan.
and there it says, a losing team player can play open cup after it... and he allowed us to let him play as merc. so i dont understand their arguementation with ec qualifier player  there it says he would be allowed to play. |

kiwi played in EC Qualis, then lost so basically he was a player of OC Premier Team. therefore he is allowed to play in OC Premier or in higher league - EC. You are a team from 2nd League so he can't move from higher league to lower one.
And using this kind of merc (in this case kiwi), from "higher level" who is clearly better than everyone in your team is silly, I can't understand teams like this..  |

Reply | Maybe you know that we searched a 6th Player for Team after LAN. he talked to me about this that he wanna join us. cuz old atoon/bambino.et rebuild didnt work. star.et dont know and survive rebuild will fail he told. he just wanna play with some mates he knows. can send you logs if you dont believe that he wanna play for us. and yesterday he said he wanna join and we let him. but i know he played oc premier. so i asked inS if they allow him to play. they made a deal with us he can play. i dont understand them why complaining after losing game. all guys are doing this and cb often support this guys. doesnt make fun. they agreed at irc like the logs show.
And tbh, everywhere are players better than the rest of the team.. maybe not at ec teams. but in their case mott4 > all |

Reply | btw also its nice you are complaying after the game he played a ec qualifier game, which i didnt know, then sorry if i lied. but before the game you can check it? only after loosing a match? then you can check. why not checking before mate? its so sad and so funny that you want a forfeit after. but like i said, if clanbase dont notice these facts about stupid/mad loosers then gg.
you knew it was kiwi, you knew that he played last season ec, and complaining after that he plays a ec qualifier match. so sad. |

Reply | I need the RULE where it says that MERCS!!! cant be of higher Division! I dont find this Rule, they agreed a MERC alias Kiwi. A Merc for this Game.
and cuz he cant get on your APL, i will ask other oppos if he can play the next games as MERC. cuz he is our 6th in team |

Now you have 24h to prove that oponent know that it was kiwi, by log or confirmation or what else, if not the game need to be replayed without kiwi.

there i said it is kiwi. because of that they made a deal that they choose both maps and kiwi is allowed to play as MERC.
btw why a MERC must be on APL? :O |

Reply | So here is the final decision.
1st - On your screenshot we can see that it was kiwi as merc, BUT on the same screenshot oponent didnt agree to play vs him
2nd - oponent join the server and rup to play the game so we can think that they agree about kiwi, BUT they never said anything about it .
Why ? they agree or they let him play to enter a complain after the game ? they didnt but admin yes and atm oponent didint react on this case.
The final decision is this one : te game need to be replayed, the deadline is sunday 17/06 and kiwi is not allowed to play on this match but ALSO on the rest of competition as he already play on EC and OC premier.
If you cant sort a date, the game will be forced for the sunday 17/06, the first team who whine or didnt join to play > forfeit

Reply | we cant play until monday cuz of Football.. Now iam interested what will be done. Its so sad, inS reaction is so bad. they knew he is playing, agreed with a merc with a deal BEFORE THE GAME. THEN THEY STARTED THE GAME. but then they behave like retards. LOSING A MATCH -> claming for forfeit after having a deal and so on. i hope inS react on this and show they are nice guys and dont want the forfeit.
Otherwise close Clanbase. or change the rules and set referees for all matches. or take admins to ask who are online all evening and not all offline... |

Reply | Yo mate, well kiwi is still in our team and will play vs KRP tomorow. He only played with monkeyz because they asked the opponent to use a merc nothing more, so kiwi was a freelancer. He played with us EC qualifier and OC groupstage.
And about kiwi, he got no clue. He got asked by ramoz if he can merc nothing more. And if the opponent aggre and can choose both maps its a bit unfair to give them now a lose. Maybe arrange a rematch in my oppinion or win for monkeyz.
But nothing changed kiwi is a part of our team, he was only merc. And he is allowed to play still for my team and no other teams since he started the season with us....

kiwi will be allowed to play for Legendary ONLY since (as humm3l said) it was with them whom he played EC qualis / OC premier |
