From the email i received, SO I got banned for using MWSA (server admin tool).
This clearly does not give any advantage whatsoever! It is not a cheat either. Seriously UAC2 fails to catch cheaters and then someone like me gets banned for having an admin tool installed on my PC. to be able to kick lamers and cheaters whenever I played MW2 public games.
Any chance of getting unbanned because i find this purely ridiculous. To be banned for having a tool to disconnect IP adresses from my host...

You can use the admin tool to lag other players.
If you are baned at CB or other league for that (they can see what you used) talk to them, and I am sure they will unban you.
As for UAC2 , no... It is a tool which can gain advantage to player using it and it is not part of the game.

Reply | Thanks for the heads up guys. And it is indeed not true that you can lag other players with it. You can let them lag when uploading/downloading alot, HOWEVER having a torrent/download program running is not considered cheating by UAC2.. so there is the first objection.
And yes you can kick people with it, but you can also do that in any game with dedicated servers. And why do you want to kick players from your the server you're currently playing a war on? You will never, because then there will certainly be a conflict with the enemy. Thus, it will never give you any real advantage... |

It can only bann people, because you disconnect their IP adresses from your router/modem. YOU CANNOT LAG ANYONE... U dumb? try it out yourself...

Reply | UAC2 is not shit, if it wasn't for dexus we could not have played MW2 this way on clanbase. It is not easy to make such a tool. Nevertheless, this ban for having a program running which can kick IP's from your router is nonsense.
Furthermore, clanbase has nothing to do with this UAC2 ban, because it isn't about any kind of cheating/hacking/glitching, so Sil should therefore be unbanned from clanbase. Finally, I hope a CB representative of the MW2 community can talk to Dexus about this. Otherwise we'll have to use X-ray Anti-Cheat for our MW2 open cup wars. |

Reply | | I didnt even use the tool in a match! I had it still turned on from playing public before. And it was detected when I connected to the wrong match id on 1 screen. When I quickly reconnected to the proper match id, i turned it off since i do not need an admin tool when playing wars. |

Its sad hes got banned and i REALLY understand him and am so sry ,, sad is they wont do anything so dont waste time on this issue they are hard as stone and they dont care,,they say ooh we are so sorry for it but they dont do anymore, so am really sry and better if you dont waste more time on clanbase cause they dont have the power to help us at all,,we all are marked as cheaters , sad sad. |

Especially annoying since real cheaters continou for months before being caught, and Black Ops ladders have started again.

Someone was talking with uac2 forums with dexus many months ago and if i remember right dexus was going to delete uac2 noticing this as cheat but then uac2 wen't down because server harddrive broke down and uac2 was never seen after that.
Now uac3 and this have already been forgotten and situation about these guys were never handeled complitly |
