I don't understand...

I won twice and have 1.095 rating, Demonspawn is 1.060 rating and he's still first...

You get rank one if...

-you are in the top 5 and beat rank 1
-you are ranked 2nd and the rank 1 gets beaten
-you are ranked 2nd and the rank 1 ignores too many challenges
-you are ranked 2nd and the rank 1 leaves the ladder for some reason
