After 3 months of good shooting, fair play & hard fought battles we can present the winners of the ClanBase UrT TS OpenCup Fall 2010 season!

We want to thank our referee's who helped the cup run a little bit smoother. We also did not forget the camera-men from #urt-tv for their awesome GTV coverage. But ofcourse we have to thank all the ones that played too!

Player Masterskills - http://clanbase.ggl.com/humaninfo.php?hid=3258137 did not record a demo on casa.

Rules: "If a clan fails to provide the requested demos, if some of the requested demos are broken or if rounds are missing, a forfeit loss will be awarded against the clan who failed to provide the requested demos."

So this match is a forfeit loss for Luso.

However d9 doesnt have a honest history either. In groupmatch - http://clanbase.ggl.com/warinfo.php?wid=10354709 - a player of d9 named N0comments uploaded a fake demo - http://clanbase.ggl.com/demodl.php?did=886842

Rules: "The Clanleader or Teamcaptain is responsible for his own members knowing and following the rules. A Clanleader or Teamcaptain breaking the rules may incur penalties against the whole clan in case of an OpenCup, EuroCup or country in case of a NationsCup."

Rules: "Any attempt by a clan to deceive the Supervisors by letting a player fakenick, or providing deliberately false information (including faking match scores) will result in the clan being removed from the cup. Additionally any players involved in the match may be banned if it can be proven that they were aware of an attempt to break the rules. If this attempted deceit occurred in the last week of group matches or later then the player(s) will also be banned from the next cup season. In serious cases (e.g. lying even when warned) the Cup Supervisors may consult with the Cup Chiefs and a decision to impose a temporary or permanent ban from all ClanBase competitions may be taken."

This would mean that there is only team in the final of the second league, cause d9 got removed and Luso lost the semi-final. However Dissidence also provided a false demo in groupmatch - http://clanbase.ggl.com/warinfo.php?wid=10359833 - by player Wildman - http://clanbase.ggl.com/demodl.php?did=880560 -

So we decided to remove Dissidence from the cup as well.
