While demos of division 2 final are uploaded to the ClanBase ftp, it's the right time to recapitulate this cup and finally finish it.

It happend again with the same player.
MiEL-GAMiNG used krysa who was banned last season because he played for two clans and trying to cover it up with a fake nick.
This time he used nick Smacks which was registered on CB using American proxy. He had a new guid which matched the one on CB. We were able to get IP addresses of all players and their full guids from the server. IP address of Smacks was the same as of krysa.

C&A chiefs have increased his ban to permanent, which means he can never play on ClanBase again(all cups and ladders).

At this time MiEL-GAMiNG will not be banned but will be removed from the cup. We have not yet decided what to do with the remaining 3 clans. Most likely God Forsaken and Just a Clan will be fighting for the 2nd place.

Apparently we will have to be more careful next season and will check such things more often.

idle.ee (Sa Kass) vs. goD: Both of teams lost only one match with 1:2 result. They showed they're in form. This match is likely to be a five mapper. odds: 50:50

Artists of Death vs. Teh Evil: Artists of Death won all their matches and lost only one map in the group stage. While Teh Evil lost and won two matches. Few weeks ago Teh Evil got a reinforcement with Prox joining the team. Despite that, I think the match will result in Artists of Death favour. odds: 70:30

A bit of twist and turns in this match but 10 min after the 4th map it was quite clear who is going to win..

We found that GEr server would be the best choice. Unfortunately we picked probably the worst one (votings disabled, server broke down twice).

After a 30 minute debate about member problems, server was found instantly..

elementals managed to win over Swedish mobsters in intensive 5mapper.

Match GF vs N takes place tonight. GF surprisingly won their group beating teams like Les Enfoirés de Putes the former France national team and the fact they won one map against Dinhz made them proceed to playoffs. While N haven't lost a single map yet (played two maps !). My odds are GF 30 : 70 N.

Since all group matches have been played or forfeited, the playoffs are about to take place. First I have to apologize to all that I told that half of the teams go to playoffs. Unfortunately one less team per division will go to playoffs (div1: one team per group, div2: two teams per group).
The other unpleasant thing is shortened scheduling period for the first playoffs week. You have time from today till 12. 6. 2006 to do that. Only active teams go to playoffs so I believe you'll make it. Please contact each other on irc, its the most effective way how to find the right date.

First playoffs match week is from 12. 6 to 19. 6!

ns agreed with playing on german server cause the pings were almost the same. The match was without any flame and Dante showed 1000+1 ways how to use "ffs".

There were some problems during the server search but megro solved them.

One of e players had problems with pb and it took some time than we found fair server but we made it.

I have replaced riper as a co-supervisor of the cup because of the inactivity. We hope he will fix his internet problems as soon as possible.
