Why not? You certainly forgot to explain that during the match and at the time it totally felt like you were taking advantage from us after fact we just let you pick the server or even waiting for your idom match to finish.

Just because later on the report you clarify it doesnt change how it was perceived in the match and that was what I already explained in my previous comment... if you cant understand that then maybe you missed the entire point.

To conclude what seems to be already too long discussion over nothing of big importance I want say that I dont care what you think of me. Im honest and explained how you were perceived, just like you explain your reasons to put a bus in front of your base. You shouldnt take it as an offense or insult.

With this said, Im glad that you clarified everything but Im also sure that you werent expecting a pat in the back after this war...

I had fun attacking until the point you switched Keung to def instead of morpheus (guess he couldn't focus on playing without stats). I strongly believe we would've got the winning cap without that change. So keung potm for winning the map for you :|

I completely disagree with all the comments toward Dj. They played defensively and that led to a much closer game than what it was supposed to be. I would have done the same if i was on their side to be honest.

I might have been busy with something else, sorry if I missed how important smart CTF was to you, that you want 10 players to switch to an identical server.



I believe that Qtax was arguing about smartctf before me, and he is a trustee. And nobody in my team really wanted to swtich anyway as we were already late.


Good picture and comment. I do not deny how we played. As I said before, we wanted to have something to play for, so we did our best trying to win by defending harder, but you still found a way to win, congratulations.



I am sorry if it was not clear, I would never have taken a forfeit win against you, we do not take forfeit wins. We only played this game to let you get a chance to play, as we thought it would be kind of lame to no show our last game.



Actually, we was having fun in Command, because we had a chance to win or atleast draw for 20 minutes. On Grendelkeep we had no chance at all, so it became one of the most boring maps this season for me atleast.



If you think that us not wanting to switch server because of missing smart ctf is lame, and if you think playing in a way that gives us a chance to win is lame, then I lost respect for you.

But if you can see it as I tried to explain it, that we show up for this game without nothing to play for except getting owned, so we decide to actually TRY our best. And that for us the game itself is more important than the stats, thus we couldn't be arsed to change server. Then I will forgive your accusiations calling us unfriendly and lame.

I will answer better when I get home. But regarding the server, Morpheus said on IRC he wanted Dj server.

The request to change server was made after everyone (10players) was on server and entire Dj team was ready.

Then I said "This server or you forfeit win". Because we couldn't be arsed to change to a server which was identical except for smart ctf. We also have utstats as you can see.

So I simply offer you to get a forfeit win if it was more important with smartctf than actually playing.

Luckily you clicked and we started.

On Command we had indeed a very defensive game, because we atleast wantbto play trying, rather than juat get over run. In that case we coukd aswell given you a forfeit win again.

I hope you can see our perspective. You are a lot better and I have full respect for your clan and achiements, but we dont wanna give you a chance to completely own us if we can avoid it.

1st of all just because we want smartctf on a server doesnt mean you have to come with the punchline "this server or forfeit". Thats something i never expected from Dj, specially after we waited around 15 mins for your idom to finish and prevent your wildcard use / forfeit.



and 2nd i cant understand why you would want to put 3 or 4 ppl defending and falling back to your base since you cant reach playoffs anymore ...



to sum it up: lame war vs a very surprisingly lame Dj. i hope it was as boring for you as it was for us all.



ps: was the no smartctf a stunt to actually hide your lack of grabs on command or was there another reason behind it?
