Welcome to this years edition of TO Nations Cup!
Team captains
As in the previous seasons we need one team captain for each nation to organize his team, pick players and to act as contact person for the supervisors. If you think you are qualied enough to represent your country in a good way and think you can make it a successful season you need to follow these steps:
- Gather as much support as you can from your country's top clans (i.e. clans from which players for the national team are likely to be recruited) and from top players playing for foreign or international clans. Copy/paste the lines in irc where they confirm that they support your candidacy.
- Mail me
- The subject must be "TO NC: [country] captain", e.g. "TO NC: German captain"
- Start the email with your nickname, your clan, and your ClanBase hid (the number between brackets on your player page).
- Provide a list of the clans and players who support your candidacy + the irc bits where they say so.
- If your country has shaky internet connections: provide details of international online matches recently played by your local players/clans to demonstrate that you can field a competitive national team (cfr. the rules).
All captains will be appointed by me based on the amount of support they have in the scene.
No individual or organisation can appoint him/her/itself. (Meaning you can't say "I am country x's captain" without me approving)

The rules will be mostly the same as last year, with some updates that will be announced later

ur wrong, the rule you mentioned is for players who have the nationality of 1 country and who are living abroad,
as for the turkish players they all have dual nationality, which means the rule you say doesn't effect us...
for players with dual nationality, this rule:
Players with a dual nationality of countries A and B who live in country A can only play for country B under the following circumstances:
They must have a valid legal document to prove that they have the nationality of country B (just having the right to obtain such a document is not enough).
So this makes turkey a NC candidate
