Then there's a contradiction in rule 3:

"3. Games are played with the following settings:

Spectators – 0
...

If a wrong configuration is found DURING the game, the map is RESTARTED!"


So possibly we should've restarted the last map in the end?

And there's no mention what happens if we have started playing with spec spots and then other clan members come there. If this is allowed there's a loophole and spectators could be used in TS too, which doesn't sound too good.

@Isca: I personally don't believe that mooN used the spectators for their advantage. Does my personal belief matter? I also believe memo wasn't cheating vs ST2 (look at his scores) when NHK caught him with a trace of a cheat.

We have rules so that it doesn't matter what anyone believes. If there had been no spectator spots, clearly there would be no need for any shit like this.

You're appealing to us that mooN had good intentions, which I personally believe. But I'm not the one to decide if we get a forfeit win or not. If you've got proof that mooN did nothing wrong or think that cup rules say they should get no card, try to explain this to for example [GD]My-T-sHarP, who made the forfeit decision.

Personally I think it's a shame if mooN gets a forfeit loss after those great games. Then again things aren't quite ok if after the match-winning capture I see two mooNs spectating. But again, we don't do the decisions, try to fix it via cup admins.

as for this luckez guy, he doesnt have irc and only zeiram has talked to him. i even joined moon ts towards the end of the match as i was following it on irc and i wanted to hear what was happening -> no luckez guy there.
u can see immortal joined here because he got highlighted via irc (you can set custom highlights, i know he has immortal set as one because i type that to get hold of him too) and he came into the server to kick luckez. by the time he had loaded the map, the game was over. as you know, you can be "connected" to the server but not actually have the map loaded on your pc.

this is just basically to erase any retarded accusation that someone might have against mooN. if you dont think these logs are real, i have taken print screens and i will gladly show you them.

and also please dont act so high and mighty. when anakin played in ui div2 itdm then went down to the div3 team a week later, all I saw was some people from your clan making crappy excuses. As for the matches, I think they were great. Even and nice games, nothing to complain. Why someone put this as forfeit is probably because you had another mooN member spectating in the final sudden death. I'll leave deciosion about this for some CB admins.
